I’m Katie, a writer, winemaker, designer, and ocean swimmer based in the beautiful and biodiverse south-west of Western Australia. It’s a place where I can indulge my love of long-distance ocean swimming and telling stories. Creativity and authenticity are my guiding principles and if I can be salty at the same time, that’s a dream come true.

  • Swimming stories - personal essays and reflective pieces inspired by open water swimming and the sea, the kind of writing that inspires people and encourages them to take a closer look at our environment
